Created Unassigned: Colors issue with unchanged pixels option [27]

Hi, I've tried both options, to detect or not detect unchanged pixels. The file with the detection on have color issues, while the other doesn't. During preview it was fine, after saving it I opened it in ACDsee and the colors issue appeared.
