When I record lots of frames, it's a ridiculous idea to manually go to each frame one-by-one and change the frame delay for each and every frame. Therefore, I think it is a good idea to have a setting to change the frame delay on all frames at once.
Comments: You can change mutiple frames by selecting the frames you want in the list of frames of the left. [This image](http://download-codeplex.sec.s-msft.com/Download?ProjectName=screentogif&DownloadId=922747) shows the frame list and the "Change Speed" option. __I recognize that this interface is not as intuitive as it can be; Next version will include a better approach.__
