Commented Unassigned: TreeView Still Buggy 1.4.1 [34]

Issue from 1.1 concerning the TreeView still persist in the release of 1.4.1. The following are the standard settings I have for both app and computer:

Laptop
- laptop running on Windows 8.1
- DPI set to 150%
- resolution at recommended settings of 1980 x 1080

App
- Disable display setting on high DPI settings

I have tried multiple settings such as:

- compatibility mode with Windows 8 + Disable display setting on high DPI settings
- compatibility mode with Windows 7 + Disable display setting on high DPI settings
- changed DPI to 100% (Small) + Disable display setting on high DPI settings
- changed DPI to 100% (Small) + Disable but TreeView buggy

The only way the app perfectly works is if I changed the DPI to 100% with no Disable but that leaves me squinting at my screen constantly as the screen is far too small for the recommended settings of 1980 x 1080 resolution.

I would rather keep my DPI to 150% + Disable (or no Disable) as it is easier to view and less strenuous for the eyes.

If you can somehow resolve this issue, then it will be most appreciated.

Comments: I'm aware of the problems with the latest version of STG; WinForms is an old tech, I'm replacing with a newer one. You can try the UX preview 4 (still at an early stage of developing) and this new pre-release 1.4.2.
