Commented Unassigned: wrong area captured [37]

when i start capturing an area, the resulting 'recording' is offset up and to the left. it even records a part of the screentogif window. it doesn't offset the mouse however. 
Comments: This is a known bug due to how Winforms applications behave while running under a system with a high DPI. Right-click on the program .Exe, go to Compatibility tab, check the "Disable display scalling on high DPI settings".
