Commented Issue: Wrong area captured [High DPI] [37]

When I start capturing an area, the resulting 'recording' is offset up and to the left; It even records a part of the ScreenToGif window. It doesn't offset the mouse however. 
Comments: Alright. Right path... xD * The __Editor__ is pretty raw. I need to implement the tab Image and finish the tab Edit. * Bug, fixed. Thanks. (And with the Webcam recorder).
