Commented Unassigned: frame delays not kept when opening existing GIF [22]

I created a GIF with the following special frame delays:

2500ms title
1000ms frame after title
2000ms last frame

I created and saved this GIF with no problem. However, when reloading this GIF into ScreenToGIF to make some further edits, I found that all frame delays reverted to the default, which is a bug.
Comments: I'm aware of this problem. It's one of my __TODO's__. • Get the correct delay while importing gifs in the editor.
